Gaining Weight In America
When more than half of Americans were identified as overweight, people realized that something was wrong in America. Major news outlets began educating on how to stay out, or get out of this figure. I wish the same attention had been paid when the Conference Board released their statistics saying half of Americans are satisfied with their work. Of course, that means, half are dissatisfied. Not like their work is hazardous to your health and wellness, too. You can not win the job if you are not satisfied with your work or languishing in the status quo of disgust. Spending most of his waking hours dissatisfied, such as excessive weight, weight down, it depletes your energy, and kidnaps his spirit. You can change all that.
And looking for a new job should not be where to start. At least not yet. First, consider what is the cause of your dissatisfaction. Maybe it’s that annoying coworker or irritating boss who will not let you move forward. Maybe if you only made money. Perhaps the work is boring or the company is unfair.
Whatever his reasons, his thinking pause and go to step two: look deeper. Most likely what is at the root of your dissatisfaction is his own doubts, fears and insecurities. You see, too often we become victims of our own lives. We blame McDonald’s for having French fries that make us fat, and the heads of the guilt that we raised the standards. When in reality, control whether the French fries was purchased and placed in the mouth, or do quality work that meets the performance standards for a further increase.
